The GNBCC’s member, Holland GreenTech is currently recruiting a Technical Customer Success Executive to join its growing team in Ghana, with positions available in Accra and Kumasi.

The role is designed for a customer-oriented professional who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting Holland GreenTech’s mission to help grow Africa’s horticulture sector. The successful candidate will provide technical advice to farmers, ensure a seamless customer experience, and support the effective use of horticultural solutions and technologies.

The individual will work closely with clients, responding to inquiries, offering guidance, and ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support. The position requires a friendly, professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture and customer service.
