The Ghana Netherlands Business & Culture Council (GNBCC) joins the nation in commemorating Constitution Day, marking the promulgation of Ghana’s 1992 Constitution, a foundational milestone in the country’s democratic journey.
The Constitution continues to uphold the principles of the rule of law, democratic governance, and institutional stability, which are essential for social progress and economic development. A strong constitutional framework provides the predictability and confidence needed for businesses, investors, and partners to operate and thrive.
At GNBCC, we recognise the importance of these values in fostering a conducive environment for private sector growth and international cooperation. As a bilateral business council, we remain committed to promoting dialogue, partnership, and sustainable economic engagement between Ghana and the Netherlands.
We wish all Ghanaians a meaningful Constitution Day as we reflect on our shared responsibility to uphold democratic principles and contribute to national development.
