The role is hands-on and execution-focused, providing operational and administrative support to ensure effective project delivery in line with donor requirements and organisational objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The WIB and HBC projects are implemented under GNBCC\u2019s Private Sector Development (PSD) programme, with support from the Netherlands Embassy in Ghana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Women in Business project is a mentorship and capacity-building initiative that supports female-led SMEs by connecting them with experienced business leaders to strengthen business growth, access to markets and operational capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Horticulture Business Challenge is an internship program that places recent graduates and young professionals into horticulture companies, where they work in teams to solve real-world business challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implementation &amp; Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the day-to-day implementation of the Women in Business and Horticulture Business Challenge projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in coordinating training sessions, mentorship activities, workshops, internships, and other project events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support participant onboarding, engagement, and follow-up across both projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate participant records, attendance lists, and activity documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support coordination with SMEs, mentors, coaches, facilitators, and other project partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Administration &amp; Documentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support project administration, including scheduling, logistics, procurement requests, and vendor coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain organised digital and physical project files in line with organisational standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in drafting routine correspondence, reports, and internal updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Monitoring, Evaluation &amp; Reporting Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support data collection for monitoring project outputs and outcomes, including surveys, feedback forms, and activity reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in compiling internal reports by providing accurate data, narratives, and supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Financial &amp; Compliance Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support basic project finance administration, including tracking expenses and preparing payment requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support budget tracking and flag variances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cross-Project Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide ad-hoc support to other Private Sector Development initiatives as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to lessons learned, project improvements, and documentation of best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, Agriculture, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recent Graduate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Desired Attributes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong interest in women\u2019s economic empowerment, youth employment, and agribusiness development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><br>Interested candidates should complete <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdPbIwBh3U-Poj2POsy_EngrlQoX-Z8hnN_u5lLimUO6GBhcw\/viewform?usp=publish-editor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>this online application form<\/strong><\/a> by <strong>31st December, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. GMT.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Only applications submitted through the official online application form will be considered.
