The Ghana Investment Promotion Authority (GIPA), formerly the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), plays a critical role in registering and monitoring Technology Transfer Agreements that support technologies introduced into the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The enactment of the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority Act, 2026 marks a major shift in the regulation of TTAs.
