Its areas of practice include <strong>transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), litigation and arbitration, banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring, real estate, corporate advisory, labour and employment, natural resources including mining and oil and gas, power, environmental, social and governance (ESG), and private wealth advisory and management<\/strong>.
