Gerard Kutserver, a 79-Year-Old German Tourist, has been arrested by the Accra Regional Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service for allegedly defiling girls as young as his great-grandchildren.

Daily Guide sources close to a hotel at North Kaneshie in Accra, where he lodged about a month ago, disclosed that persons suspected to be detectives popped up at the hotel in the morning of Tuesday 19, 2012 to arrest the suspected paedophile. Items suspected to be evidential proof of his paedophile activities were also seized as exhibits.

The source said a victim might have blown the lid off the activities of the German after a horrific experience with the frail looking man. Unconfirmed reports gathered by the Daily Guide yesterday indicated that DOVVSU had begun serious investigations into the matter.
