A Nigerian medical practitioner identified as Doctor Adams Ayeni had people talking on social media after sharing a screenshot of the email his wife sent to him.

Dr Ayeni’s wife sent a formal letter to him requesting money to spend during her leave that would begin on Wednesday, March 24.

The letter read in part:

“As you are already aware, I will be starting my leave on Wednesday (24/03/2021) and I will be needing some money to enjoy myself during my rest period.”

The doctor’s wife, however, promised him that she would choose her priority right while spending the money.

She also said there is payment in kind as a show of gratitude.

Tweeps soon flooded the comment section of the post to share their thoughts.
