As YEN.com.gh recently reported, the Church of Pentecost, under the leadership of the chairman, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, has built an ultra-modern prison yard to help in the decongestion of Ghana prisons.

Photos making rounds on social media reveal that the place is well-furnished and comes with a beautiful sports centre, working area, kitchen, among others.

The Ejura Prison, located in the Ashanti Region, is one of many prisons that the church plans to build in different parts of Ghana.

Away from that, popular Ghanaian social media personality living in the United States, Twene Jonas, has shared a picture of himself in a friendly pose with police in the US.

The single picture generated tens of thousands of reactions on Facebook possibly because of the recent news in relation to how officers in Ghana’s National Security treated a journalist, Caleb Kudah harshly.

In the caption of the post, Twene Jonas described the police as his ‘boys’ and added that it is only when the power of love overcomes the love of power that the world would know peace.
