Turkish Club Yeni Malatyaspor Cancels Sulley Muniru’s Contract



Turkish Super Lig side, Yeni Malatyaspor have confirmed that they have mutually terminated the contract of Ghanaian midfielder Sulley Muniru.

The younger brother of Ghana international Sulley Muntari joined Yeni Malatyaspor on a two-year deal in August 2018 as a free agent after leaving Portuguese side FC Tondela.

The player’s time with the Turskish side has been cut short after just five months with the club.

The Ghanaian midfielder made five appearances for the Super Lig side will now need to secure himself a new Club before the January transfer window shuts in Europe.

He previously played for Romanian Clubs Steaua București and CFR Cluj.
