Fred is the Project Manager for the Ghana Seed Partnership (GSP) at GNBCC. The Ghana Seed Partnership is an initiative under the larger Ghana–Netherlands agricultural collaboration, aimed at boosting Ghana’s horticultural sector by providing Dutch expertise, technology, and high-quality seeds to Ghanaian farmers. As Project Manager, he is responsible for overall coordination and management of the GSP.

Fred joined GNBCC with extensive experience from the business and development world, having worked for over 18 years in sustainability, commodity supply chain management, natural resource development, climate change, and project management across Sub-Saharan Africa, including Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Uganda, and Kenya.

He enjoys reading and writing in his free time and is passionate about providing opportunities for young people to develop themselves.
