The Youth in Food Programme is a six-month mentorship and skills-development initiative designed to prepare young people for employment and career opportunities across Ghana's food and agriculture sector.
Initiated by the Ghana Food Movement, in partnership with GNBCC and with support from the Dutch Embassy, the programme equips participants with practical skills, industry exposure, professional guidance and access to a growing network of employers and agribusiness professionals.
The food and agriculture sector requires more than farmers and food scientists. It also needs communicators, marketers, engineers, economists, researchers, technology specialists, logistics professionals and business managers.
