Hilde joined GNBCC as General Manager on February 1st, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in Africa. With expertise in finance, project management, and business development, she is dedicated to driving growth and enhancing services for GNBCC members.

Previously, she worked with Shell in Belgium and played a key role in establishing Promasidor Ghana Ltd., known for brands like Cowbell and Onga. She later co-founded Kenyio Ltd., a Ghanaian food business distributing across West Africa and Europe.

Hilde is committed to strengthening Ghana-Netherlands trade, expanding member services, and fostering business opportunities for Dutch companies. Through the Private Sector Development initiative, she aims to create opportunities for SMEs, women entrepreneurs, and youth.

With NLinBusiness, she aims to position GNBCC as a strategic enabler, supporting Dutch businesses in Ghana while facilitating market access for Ghanaian companies in Europe.
