Naana joined GNBCC in October 2022 as Office Manager and currently serves as the HR and Operations Manager. In this role, she ensures the organization’s operational efficiency and fosters a productive and supportive work environment for the team.

She is responsible for all aspects of human resource management, staff engagement, and streamlining internal processes to align with GNBCC’s strategic goals. Additionally, Naana plays a vital role in implementing the Private Sector Development (PSD) project, ensuring that activities align with GNBCC’s mission.

Dedicated to member engagement, Naana is always available to assist with membership inquiries and support GNBCC’s expanding network.
