Project Update; Women in Business Workshop- ‘The Right Structures for an SME’.

On Friday, March 15th, 2024, GNBCC held its second Women in Business workshop titled ‘The Right Structures for an SME’. This insightful event was graciously hosted by Madam Catherine Krobo-Edusei and her team at Edentree Ltd.

Madam Catherine, a GNBCC member and HBP chairperson, also serves as a mentor in the Women in Business Program. The workshop was given by a lineup of expert facilitators from EdenTree, including the Finance Manager, HR Manager, QA Manager, and General Manager.

Topics covered included record keeping, pricing, HR practices, HACCP implementation, and regulatory bodies for SMEs.

The participants additionally enjoyed a guided tour of EdenTree’s processing plant and gained firsthand knowledge and new insights to enhance their SMEs.
