Call for Nominations: Join the GNBCC Board of Directors

We are excited to announce that at our upcoming Annual General Meeting on Friday, 19th June 2026, the membership will elect four new Directors to the GNBCC Board for the 2026-2028 term.

Serving on the Board is an excellent opportunity to shape the Chamber’s strategic direction and help strengthen business ties between Ghana and the Netherlands. The Board Nomination Committee, chaired by Mr Kwadwo Ntrakwah, will review applications and recommend four candidates for approval at the AGM.

Eligibility and Qualifications

To be considered for a Board position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be a senior employee, senior officer, director, or shareholder of a GNBCC member company in good standing.
  • Your company must have held its GNBCC membership for at least one year.
  • You should demonstrate a strong commitment to and active participation in GNBCC activities.
  • You should have proven leadership ability or influence within your business or industry.
  • You must have the capacity to represent the diverse individuals and companies that make up GNBCC.

Term and Time Commitment

  • Elected Directors serve a two-year term from 2026 to 2028, with the option to stand for re-election for one additional term.
  • Directors are expected to prepare for and engage in quarterly Board meetings, contribute to working groups or committees, and represent the Chamber at selected events.
  • All nominated candidates are strictly required to attend the AGM in person on Friday, 19th June 2026, to introduce themselves to the membership prior to the vote.

Applications must include the following documents:

  • A Letter of Support signed by your company’s CEO or Board Chairperson.
  • A Statement of Interest confirming you meet the qualifications and are committed to the required meeting schedule.
  • A Curriculum Vitae or a short professional bio.
  • A recent passport-sized photograph.

Submission Deadline: All applications must be received no later than Friday, 12th June 2026. We highly encourage early submissions.
