Public Notice: Adjustment of GIPC Fees and Charges for 2026

The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) has officially announced an adjustment to its fees and charges for various services. This change is in strict accordance with the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2025 (L.I. 2512).
The GIPC informs all GNBCC members, the business community, and all relevant stakeholders that these new rates became effective as of Monday, 2nd February 2026.
Key Details of the Adjustment
The revision of these fees is part of the broader regulatory framework to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of investment promotion services in Ghana. All businesses currently registered or seeking registration with the Centre are encouraged to review the updated schedule to ensure compliance with the new fee structure.
