We are looking for dedicated, results-oriented individuals to join our team and help prove the commercial viability of modern agriculture.

Available Positions:

Role 1: Agronomist (Short-Term)

Role Summary: The Agronomist will be the technical lead for the project, overseeing all field activities, ensuring crop health, and managing the operational data necessary to prove project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Supervise all stages of vegetable production from seedling to harvest.
• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day activities on the field to ensure efficiency and high yields.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous inventory and production logs.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on farm activities and operational performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary communicator for the project, ensuring smooth coordination with partners and workers.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in vegetable production.
• Location: Preferably residing in Madina, Adenta, or surrounding areas.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a hardworking, growth-oriented mindset.

Role 2: Farm Assistant (Short-Term)

Role Summary: The Farm Assistant will provide essential practical and technical support, working hand-in-hand with the Agronomist to execute the daily physical and technical operations of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Perform hands-on tasks including transplanting and crop maintenance.
• Technical Support: Manage and maintain irrigation systems and other technical farm equipment.
• Field Support: Assist the Agronomist in implementing the production plan and ensuring farm hygiene.

Requirements:

• Knowledge: Practical understanding of vegetable production techniques.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a reliable work ethic.
