Join the Horticulture Business Challenge (HBC) 2026, a 2-month internship and capacity-building program designed to equip you with the practical, professional, and business skills needed to thrive in Ghana’s horticulture sector.

This edition combines real-world experience with a range of impactful activities, including:

• Paid Internship: Work with a Ghanaian or Dutch horticulture company to tackle real business challenges.
• Weekly Training: Join workshops on relevant industry topics.
• Coaching: Access both group and one-on-one professional coaching sessions.
• Field Trips: Visit well established horticulture companies to see operations firsthand.
• Technical Training: Participate in practical agricultural training sessions.
• Networking: Build connections with industry experts and organizations.
